The menu is a daily inspiration, using seasonal and local products served with wine from Cotes du Gascogne.

Gastronomy is a colourful pallet, a blend of flavour, aroma and taste.Wine delights in the Gers include Armagnac brandy, the Côtes de Gascogne and Floc de Gascogne aperitif.
At ‘Gajolles’, 6 days a week, a dinner is prepared with quality seasonal products of the region. The menu consists of : Aperitif – soup or salad – main course – dessert – coffee or tea
and 1/4l wine.
Tinne feels at home in the kitchen. Among her typical recipes are :
- Smoked salmon paté with ‘Coeur de Boeuf’ tomatoes.
- A tajine of Duck ‘confit’ with prunes from Agen.
- A guinea fowl with fresh tomatoes.
- A Julienne fish with a potato puree and vegetables.
- Catalane cream with ‘pousse-Rapière’.

Having a picnic at noon, in the shadow of the pine trees? We can offer you, as an extra lunch hamper : a half baguette, with cheese or meat, salad, a drink and an afternoon snack.
Breakfast Starting your day, with a substantial breakfast.
The day starts at 9.00am on the sunny terrace with views over the valley : some days in our dining-room.There you will find that essential start to the day with home made bread, cheese, eggs, homemade jams, fruit, milk, cereals, and of course coffee or tea. Our family dining table offers you the opportunity to chat with other guests. And after breakfast it’s up to you how you spend your day.
